In brief

Created in 2011 through a merger of five of Japan’s most successful building materials and housing companies, LIXIL continued its expansion through the acquisition of some of the most trusted names in the industry, including GROHE and American Standard. Today LIXIL is a global enterprise and the biggest building material manufacturer in the world, bringing world-leading technology and innovations to make high quality products that transform homes.

During the consolidation phase, Ad-comm Group was engaged to help build a LIXIL brand culture, to weave the stories of the numerous brands together into a compelling LIXIL brand story, and communicate this brand story.

Since then, our strategy and creative teams have had an on-going partnership with LIXIL, developing and executing initiatives that present the company’s unique proposition of providing integrated building material and housing solutions.

What we did

We started with helping LIXIL build its brand story, focusing on its company mission, values and its objective of being recognized as a global enterprise providing excellent one-stop integrated building material and housing solutions.

In order to propel LIXIL towards growth opportunities, our strategy and creative teams have developed global brand campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and present LIXIL as a strong and unified global proposition.

Our work has also included creation of a global showroom concept and 3D brand guidelines including graphic elements for LIXIL’s global offices and building structures.
